Ronie Haynes Obituary

Mr. Ronie Cleveland Haynes, Jr., 71, of Newnan, died Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born October 18, 1948 in Newnan, he was a son of the late Ronie Cleveland Haynes, Sr. and the late Ethel Redding Haynes.  Mr. Haynes was a member of Happy Valley Baptist Church and Coweta Lodge #60, Free & Accepted Masons.  He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, treasure hunting at flea markets and garage sales, and fishing.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Doris Coalson.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Haynes; son, Philip Haynes (Kristi) of Newnan; daughter, Mandy Markham of LaGrange; brothers, Thomas Haynes of Alabama, and Lamar Haynes of Newnan; grandchildren, Dakota Markham and Kloie; adopted daughter, Selena Tomlinson; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Brian Hosmer officiating.  The family will receive friends on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
