Michael Whitfield Campbell

Michael Whitfield Campbell, 40, of Sharpsburg, GA gained his angel wings on November 4, 2021. He was born November 22, 1980 in Atlanta, GA. His final days were spent surrounded by his loving parents, James and Beth Campbell.

Michael touched many people's lives throughout his very memorable life. Although he endured a lot of ailments throughout his life, he still gave us all such courage and hope and reminded us of the preciousness of life.  He loved his wrestling, Braves, Falcons, Georgia Dawgs, and PlayStation Network. He loved his friends and family the most.  He could spend hours talking and visiting with family and friends, he loved animals, car shows, collecting HessMart Trucks each year, being outdoors, and being able to just be connected with those he loved so much.  He also enjoyed music and loved his dog, Charlie.

Michael's life may seem too short to many, but those who were touched by him understood that the quality of existence far exceeded the quantity of time in which he lived. His gentle smile, constant strength, unwavering courage, admiration for others, and wisdom brought so much joy, peace, and hope to our family and many others.

Michael is survived by his loving parents, James and Beth Campbell of Sharpsburg, GA; sister, Destiny Campbell & her fiancé, Rafael Quezada Jr. of Fayetteville, GA; nieces, Maria Argo of Fayetteville, GA and Kayla Campbell & her fiancé, River Couch of Williamson, GA; nephews, Michael Pollard of Greenville, GA, Kaleb Argo of Senoia, GA and David Argo III "Tripp" of Fayetteville, GA; great-niece, Evalynn Couch of Williamson, GA and his beloved dog, Charlie.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 12, 2021, at the graveside, in Oak Hill Cemetery.
