Edward Crouse Obituary

Mr. Edward L. Crouse, 91, of Newnan, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020 at his residence.

Born October 29, 1929 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Francis Leroy Crouse and the late Louella Lowe Crouse. Mr. Crouse was of the Baptist Faith and served our country as a Sargent in the United States Army during the Korean War. He retired from Alcoa in 1985 as a senior editor in the public relations department. Mr. Crouse was a “master ship builder” of model ships and enjoyed this hobby immensely.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Sylvia D. Crouse; son, Scott Crouse of Newnan; daughters, Lisa Crouse and Amy Crouse Harris (Terry), all of Newnan; sisters, Alberta Rylkle of Fredericksburg, VA, and Gerri Lightner of Ebensburg, PA; 9 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

The family will hold a private service.
