Draiden Shane Nichols

Draiden Shane Nichols, 11 months, of Newnan, died Wednesday, June 9, 2021.

Born July 10, 2020, in Newnan, he was a son of Trevor Nichols and Anslie Brantley.  Draiden was a happy child who loved playing with his bouncy ball and swinging.  He liked to play with his cousins and with his grandmother’s dogs, Max, and Sissy.

Survivors include his father, Trevor Charles Nichols; mother, Anslie Brantley; paternal grandparents, April and Terry Nichols; maternal grandfather, Rusty Brantley; maternal grandmother, Kelli Gordan; maternal great grandmother, Vonda Hernandez; paternal great-grandmothers, Ruby Allgary, and Patricia Nichols (Ben); aunts and uncles, Kayla and David Wisner, Krystyn Kearns, Megan Whatley, Shane and Brooke Bailey, Sydney Smith; and numerous cousins, great-aunts, great-uncles, and other relatives.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, June 28, 2021, in Hillcrest Chapel with Steve Phillips officiating.  Interment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park in Fairburn.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
