Christopher "Mike Mike" Cannon

Christopher Michael Cannon, affectionately known as Mike Mike, 34, died on Sunday, October 8, 2023, in Peachtree City, Georgia, from injuries sustained in an auto accident.

Born December 11, 1988, in Newnan, Georgia, he was the son of Lisa Gail Cannon Bowles. Mike Mike was a dedicated employee at Avery Dennison in Peachtree City, where he was known for his hard work and commitment. His dedication to his work was only surpassed by his devotion to his family, especially his children, whom he cherished spending time with. A man of many interests, Mike Mike had a deep love for the outdoors, often spending his free time fishing. His passion for nature was only matched by his love for his Dodge Charger, a car he took great pride in. Mike Mike was also known for his unique sense of style, particularly his fondness for hats, which became a signature part of his persona. Mike Mike's friendly and energetic personality made him loved by all. He had a knack for making people feel comfortable and welcomed, and his kindness left a lasting impression on everyone he met. Mike Mike was preceded in death by his grandparents, Janice and Jackson "Grubby" Cannon, and an uncle, Marcus Cannon.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Jonathan Hannah officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, one hour prior to the service.
