Obituary
Master Carter David Jones, infant son of Christina and Jeffery Jones, died Saturday, May 6, 2023, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
Born May 2, 2023, in Newnan, he was a son of Jeffery Allen Jones, II and Christina Marie James Jones. Carter was a precious child whose arrival had been eagerly anticipated. He will be greatly missed by all his family.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Wesley Tanner Jones and Tyler Allen Jones; paternal grandmother, Candy Bryant (Jamie); paternal grandfather, Jeffery Allen Jones; maternal grandmother, Kimberly Adkins (Kenneth); maternal grandfather, Gary James (Christy Norsworthy); aunts, Tiffany House and Candace Logan; and uncles, Michael Bryant and Brice Bryant.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Wallace Mcabee officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
