Carmella Miller Obituary

Mrs. Carmella Norma Miller, 100, of Sharpsburg, widow of the late George Edmund Miller, died Monday, October 13, 2025, at her residence.

Born on July 15, 1925, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Mrs. Miller was a daughter of the late Arthur Vertullo and Emma Simboli Vertullo. She had a passion for dancing and delighted in listening to music from the 1970s. Known for her love of cooking and cleaning, she always maintained an immaculate home. Mrs. Miller found great joy in spending time with her family, indulging in reading, and working on crossword puzzles. In addition to her beloved husband and parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Emil Vertullo and Frank Vertullo.

Survivors include her children, Karen Ceuninck (Mark), Keith Miller (Dianne), and Kimberly Miller (David Shostrand); brothers, Arthur Vertullo, and Johnny Vertullo; sisters, Irma Spect, and Jeanine Elizus; 4 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

The family will hold a private service.
