Barbara Ann Wetherington

Mrs. Barbara Ann Wetherington, 74, of Moreland, died Saturday, July 27, 2024, at VITAS Healthcare Inpatient Hospice Care in Pensacola, Florida.

Born June 10, 1950, Binghamton, New York, she was a daughter of the late Robert Lee Warner and the late Phyllis Alice Rose Warner. Mrs. Wetherington was a member of Moreland United Methodist Church. She was known as a Fiber Artist and for many years was instrumental in organizing the Powers Crossroads Country Fair & Arts Festival. She enjoyed trips to the beach and loved dogs.

Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Jim Wetherington; sisters, Carol Mesimer, and Sharon Warner; a nephew, Raymond Mesimer; and her dog, Lilly.

Services will be private.
