Ms. Wilma Ann Smith, 66, of Newnan, died Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Brightmoor Hospice in Griffin.

Born November 1, 1954, in Newnan, she was a daughter of the late Edgar Smith and Doris Merlene Stephens Smith.  Ms. Smith was of the Methodist Faith and was a veteran of the Unites States Army.  She enjoyed gardening and loved people and was a retired mail carrier with the US Postal Service.

Survivors include her mother, Doris Merlene Smith of Newnan; and sisters, Carol Orleck (Richard) of Senoia, and Deberah Williams (Jerry) of Newnan.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 27, 2021, in Hillcrest Chapel with Reverend Gary Jordan officiating.
