William Leonard White, 64, of Newnan, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

He was born on March 30, 1957, in Newnan, son of the late Arthur Wilson White and the late Lola Mae Boyer White. He worked for the Coweta County Water and Sewage Authority. He was a loving brother, uncle, and friend, who was always there for the ones he loved. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Ruth Ann Buchanan.

He is survived by his siblings, Robert White (Faye), Charles White (Gail), Jackson White, Jonathan White (Debbie),  Donald White, Elizabeth Catlett and Leona Buchanan (Joe); nieces and nephews, Anthony Dotson, Joshua Presley, Emily Presley, Mike Presley, Michael Presley, Jr., Tyler Presley, Patrick Catlett, Alexander Catlett, Benjamin Catlett, Michael Durrough, Kevin Durrough, Amanda Presley, Tabitha Durrough, Melinda Howard, Hunter White, Stephanie Boyd, Jimmy Buchanan, Chris Buchanan, Jennifer Kiser, Matthew White, Jacob Presley, Naomi Durrough, Ansley Durrough, Hannah Catlett, August Howard, Jasmine Langley, Jeremiah Boyd, Johnny Boyd and Logan Durrough; and close friends, Scott Yarborough, Maxie Laney and Jason Robinson.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 27, 2021, at Hillcrest Chapel. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 26, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
