William "Allen" Halley, 78, passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at the Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton, GA.

Mr. Halley was born in Tazwell, GA. He served 6 years in the U.S. Army National Guard and was employed for many years as a District Sales Manager for retail stores. He was preceded in death by his wife, Wanda Sue McMillan Halley, parents, Henry Benjamin Halley and Gladys Irene McElmurray Halley, sister, Peggy Halley Tondee, and brothers, Jerry Benjamin Halley and James Andrew Halley, Sr.

Survivors include his daughters, Michelle Halley Owens, Newnan, Dana Halley Morris, Forsyth, and Shannon Halley Garza, Franklin, TN; sister, Judy McIlwraith, Americus; grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A private graveside service for immediate family will be held on Monday, August 26, 2024, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
