Mrs. Vivian N. Phillips, 91, of Newnan, died quietly, Monday, December 14, 2020.

Born February 16, 1929, in Thomaston, daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin Lewis and the late Nellie May Hooks Lewis. Vivian was a long-time member of Macedonia Baptist Church where she was involved with the WMU and the Joy Sunday School Class. She also enjoyed sewing, crocheting, quilting and baking. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Horace Zed Phillips.

Survivors include her daughters, Vivian McCain (Norman) of Lakeland, Juanita Meacham of Newnan, and Julie Ward of Newnan; grandchildren, Sonia Beam, Charlotte Morris, Wesley McCain, Dawn Copeland, Alan Meacham, Kyle Ward and Hope Gipaya; 12 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.

A private family graveside service will be held in Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with Ordained Minister, Leon Morris officiating.
