Vivian “Dianne” Herrington, 80, of Senoia, passed away peacefully on April 22, 2026, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born on July 12, 1945, in Atlanta, she was a beloved daughter of the late Barney Ray Morris and the late Lucille Rochester Morris, Dianne carried forward their legacy of strength and compassion. Throughout her life, she cherished the simple joys that brought beauty and meaning to her days. Her enjoyment of flowers was more than a passing hobby; it was a testament to her appreciation for nature's delicate artistry. She also found great joy in spending time with her family, valuing every moment shared and every memory made. Dianne’s dedication extended to her work at Corbin’s Corner in Sharpsburg, where she was known not only for her diligent efforts but also for the warmth and kindness, she brought to those around her. Her presence there was a source of comfort and joy to many, reflecting her genuine spirit of care. Dianne’s passing marks the end of a remarkable journey, but her memory and the love she imparted remain steadfast in the hearts of those who knew her. Her life was a beautiful tapestry of gentle strength, family devotion, and heartfelt community connection. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Patricia Roberts, and Marguritte Langley.

Survivors include her husband of 65 Years, Robert Herrington, Jr.; daughters, Lisa Narron (Tim), Robin Spenard (Kirk), Shannon Scarborough (Dereck), and Tiffany Kelley (Christopher); sister, Bonnie Petty (Roger); grandchildren, Christopher, Justin, Blake, Joshua, Joseph, Kirsten, Dereck Jr., Drake, Katelyn, McKayla, and Alston; and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at Hillcrest Chapel. Interment will follow in Senoia City Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
