Victor Lee Pruett, 37, of Newnan, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2026, at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.

He was born on August 24, 1989, in Newnan. He was currently employed as a manager at Frazier’s Convenient Store in Grantville and was a member of Providence Baptist Church. Victor enjoyed fishing and was avid fan of the Atlanta Braves and the Baltimore Ravens. His passion was playing and teaching the local community how to play Pokémon. He was preceded in death by his father, Roger Lee Pruett.

Survivors include his mother; Mary Yarbrough; Dedad, Phillip Yarbrough, Sr.; brother, Phillip Yarbrough, Jr. (Victoria); uncle, Bobby Joel Suggs; aunt, Phyliss Gentry (Dan); beloved cousin, Raven Suggs and her children, Hunter and Xander; loyal dog, Taz; and numerous extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026, at Hillcrest Chapel, with Dr. Ken Norton officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 3 ,2026, at the funeral home.
