Mr. Thomas Ralph Boyd, 75, of Whitesburg, GA, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2020 at West GA Hospice in Lagrange, GA.

Born January 14, 1945 in Marietta, GA, son of the late Sherman Frank Boyd and the late Willie Doris Music Boyd. Mr. Boyd worked for General Motors as an assembler, before retiring in 1988 due to disability. Thomas affectionately known to his family as "Pop" enjoyed being outdoors fishing, hunting and doing mechanic work. He will be truly missed by his family and friends. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Janice Helton; brother, Ruben Boyd; and several nieces and nephews.

Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years, Geneva Boyd; sons, Steven Boyd and Kevin Boyd (Misty); granddaughters, Raygan Wooten and Haley Blair; sister, Carolyn Hicks; brother, Delano Boyd; nieces and nephews, Casey Boyd, Patrick Boyd, Nathan Wilson, Susan Wilson, Jayde Woods, Rhonda Helton, Donald Helton, and Denny Boyd.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, March 13, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Alvin Hunnicutt officiating. Interment will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery in Whitesburg. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home
