Mr. Stephen William Farkosh, Jr., 91, of Carrollton, died Saturday, April 22, 2023, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton.

Born October 16, 1931, in Masontown, Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Stephen W. Farkosh, Sr., and the late Elizabeth Hovauacy Farkosh. Mr. Farkosh was a United States Army veteran of the Korean War and would be proud to say he was a blue-collar worker.

Survivors include his son, Gary Farkosh (Rhonda) of Mayfield Heights, Ohio; daughters, Cynthia Meadows, also of Mayfield Heights, and Paula Woodfin of Lynnville, Tennessee; stepsons, Russell Green, and David Green (Elizabeth "Ginger" Bailey), all of Carrollton; grandchildren, Matthew Farkosh, Jennifer Farkosh, Christopher Meadows, and Kelly Meadows, all of Mayfield Heights, Andrew Woodfin of Summerhill, Tennessee; and great-grandchildren, Isabella Sanney, Devin May, and Sawyer Meadows.
