Shannon Michael Bloom, 48, of Newnan, died on Friday, October 10, 2025.

Born on March 2, 1977, in Berwick, Pennsylvania, Shannon was the beloved son of Brenda Gearhart Bloom and the late Clifford Leroy Bloom. He dedicated many years to Adesa/Carvana, serving as a respected supervisor. Shannon was an avid supporter of Georgia Football and the Atlanta Braves, passions he shared with friends and family. He found joy in the great outdoors, spending his free time fishing, camping, and kayaking. Shannon also enjoyed spending time at the beach.

Survivors include his girlfriend, Jennifer Goodall; children, Brianna Bloom, and Michael Bloom; his mom, Brenda Bloom; brother, Chris Bloom; sisters, Brigitte Bloom, and Tera "TJ" Bloom; nieces, Katlyn Bloom, Hailey Bloom, Kyleigh Bloom, and Tookie Bloom; nephew, Devonte Bloom; great-niece, KB Shields; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Brian Hosmer officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
