Mrs. Sandra Lynn Kamp, 74, of Sharpsburg, widow of the late Jerome Eugene Kamp, Sr., died Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Newnan Health & Rehabilitation.

Born April 16, 1949, in Roosevelt, Utah, she was a daughter of the late Warren Dee Mecham and the late Leah Deon Cluff Mecham. Sandra was of the Baptist Faith and was a feisty woman who loved the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Football. Sandra loved her family and enjoyed spending time at the beach.

Survivors include her daughter, Cherri Lynn Stamey of Sharpsburg; sons, Jerome E. Kamp, Jr. of Rome, and Donald Warren Kamp of Texas; sisters, Linda Sue Garland of Sharpsburg, and Kristine Terry of Arkansas; brothers, Terry Dee Mecham of Duchesne, UT, and Kent B. Mecham (Debbie) of Idaho; grandchildren, Patrick Stamey, Matthew Stamey, Austin Stamey, Sylvia Kamp, Mary Kamp, Kolby Kamp, and Kylie Kamp; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate Sandra's life will be held at a later date.
