Mrs. Rosa Mae Turner, 93, of Whitesburg, widow of the late Jack F. Turner, died Friday, March 31, 2023, at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton.

Born October 22, 1929, in Coweta County, she was a daughter of the late J. E. Clay and the late Lucy Smith Clay. Mrs. Turner was of the Baptist Faith, and enjoyed fishing, camping, travel, and metal detecting.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Crystal Kennedy, Heidi Walker, Ann Williams, Matthew Turner, Robbie Bryant, and BJ Bryant; 9 great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the graveside, in Oak Hill Cemetery with Dr. Jimmy Lester officiating.
