Mr. Robert Allen Smith, Jr., 35, of Newnan, died Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Piedmont Henry Hospital.

Born April 14, 1986, at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, he was a son of Robert Allen Smith, Sr., and Barbara Sue Williford Smith, and attended Change Church. Robert loved to sing and was a very popular person. He loved his children and family and he loved to fish. Robert took considerable pride in his swag and was always very particular about his clothes and shoes. He was preceded in death by his sister, Michelle Smith.

Survivors include his wife, Brittany Smith; sons, Robert Allen Smith, III and Kayden Bryce Smith, both of Newnan; daughters, Kyli Noel Smith and Abbigail Lea Smith, both of Newnan; father, Robert Allen Smith, Sr. of Roanoke, AL; mother, Barbara Sue Smith of Thomaston; brother, Christopher Benton of Thomaston; sister, Melanie Smith, also of Thomaston; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 27, 2022, in Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor T. J. Boyd officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service.
