Mr. Richard Dale Holcombe, 64, of Hogansville, died Sunday, August 8, 2021, at his residence.

Born November 13, 1956, in Ashville, N.C., son of Joann Ruby Anderson Holcombe and the late James Jack Holcombe. He was a supervisor with Nylco Corporation and retired with 25 years of service to the company. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed by his family and friends. He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Amanda Michelle Holcombe Roberson; twin sister, Rita Gail Harwood; and brother, Stephen Jack Holcombe.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 40 years, Dorothy "Dot" Wilson Holcombe; son, Adam Lee (Hannah); grandchildren, Sarah Caitlyn Holcombe (Ryan Diaz), Tristan Matthew Roberson, Kimberly Grace Roberson and Addyson Elizabeth Holcombe; great grandchildren, Rebecca Diaz and Landon Diaz; brother, Gene Carrol Holcombe; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Bryan Calhoun officiating. Interment will follow in Senoia City Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
