Mr. Richard Lamar Higgins, 67, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2020 at his residence.

Born March 14, 1953 in El Dorado, AR, one of eleven children to the late Harold Higgins and the late Rose Higgins. He made his living as a truck driver for 30 plus years. He enjoyed the outdoors, and loved life.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Stella Higgins; son, Brandon Higgins (Heather); grandchildren, Thadeous, Alexis, Tristan and Mikayla.

Mr. Higgins wishes were to be cremated and a private family service will be held.
