Mrs. Polly Caroline Turner, 76, of Newnan, died Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Eternal Hope Hospice in Griffin.

Born November 22, 1942 in Newnan, she was a daughter of the late Fred Smith and the late Helen Frances "Eva" Smith.  Mrs. Turner was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed flowers and working in her garden.  She loved butterflies and shopping at the Goodwill Store.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Radford Smith.

Survivors include her husband of 38 years, Johnny Turner; stepson, Stanley Turner and his wife Karen of Newnan; and her sisters, Peggy Robinson of Pine Mountain and Patsy Payton of Alabama.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 11, 2019, at the graveside, in Oak Hill Cemetery with Pastor Terry Calhoun officiating.
