Mrs. Peggy Ruth Self Blalock, 85, of Senoia, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.

Born December 30, 1936, in Dekalb County, to the late Henry Terrell Self and the late Lucy Mae Johnson Self. She was also preceded death by her husband, Lewis Marshall Blalock; and daughter, Pamela Lee Cross.

Survivors include her daughter, Denise Spruill; grandchildren, Larea Thornton (Chris), Jay McCart, Ashley Vitch and Anthony Vitch; 9 great grandchildren; sister, Linda McMillian; and adopted son, Lance Behling.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Hillcrest Chapel. Funeral services will be held at the graveside in Melwood Cemetery in Stone Mountain, immediately following the visitation.
