Mrs. Peggy Sanders, 58, of Dallas, Georgia, formerly of Newnan, died Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at her residence.

Born May 24, 1964, in Newnan, she was a daughter of the late Ponttanoss James Jacobs, Jr., and the late Edna Keith Jacobs. Mrs. Sanders was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking and shopping. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Dusty Jacobs.

Survivors include her daughters, Brandi E. Beatty (Richard) of Dallas, and Summer Wages (Daniel) of College Park; sister, Donna Jacobs of Dallas; grandchildren, Madison Beatty, Ava Beatty, Vivian Beatty, Charlotte Beatty, Elijah Wages, and Jace Wages; and husband, David Sanders, and stepdaughter, Hannah Sanders, both of Fayetteville.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 12, 2022, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Steve Whipple officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, one hour prior to the service.
