Paula Jean
Robinson
March 14, 1965 – February 28, 2024
Paula Jean Robinson, 58, of Newnan, died on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
Born March 14, 1965, in Acworth, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Paul Eugene Robinson, Sr., and the late Judy Clay Robinson. Paula was a member of the Mt. Paran Church of God, where she devoted much of her time and energy. Her involvement in the church went beyond mere attendance; she was an integral part of the children's ministry and took great joy in participating in mission work. Family was the cornerstone of Paula's life, and raising her children, Meghan and Joshua, was always a priority for her. She was determined to do her best to provide everything they needed. She also adored spending time with her granddaughters, creating memories that will be treasured for generations. Paula's interests reflected her caring nature. She was always the first to offer help, bringing comfort and assistance to anyone in need. Her presence was a source of joy and happiness, and her radiant smile could light up the darkest of rooms. Survivors include her daughter, Meghan E. Farmer (Alex); son, Joshua Shumate; grandchildren, Ruth Ann "Ruthie" Famer, and Ellison Clay Farmer; brother, Paul E. Robinson, Jr. (Allison); sister, Jamie Robinson Conner (Kenny); and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 4, 2024, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor J. C. Worley officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, one hour prior to the service.
