Mrs. Nina Mae Pitts, 68, of Newnan, died Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Southland Health and Rehabilitation in Peachtree City.

Born on April 21, 1957, in Atlanta, Nina was a daughter of the late James Harrison and Ethel Mae Richardson Harrison. After dedicating many years to Waffle House, she retired, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and commitment. Nina had a passion for shopping, always on the lookout for hidden treasures at Goodwill and yard sales. She enjoyed dining out but took even greater pleasure in preparing delicious meals for her family and friends. In addition to her culinary talents, Nina loved playing cards, especially canasta, and spent countless joyful hours at the card table.

Survivors include her sons, Nick McCullough (Stacie), Van McCullough, and Billy Blevins (Meredith); sisters, Melba Johnson (Mark), and Carolyn Harrison; brothers, Rocky Harrison (Dottie), and Eldon Harrison (Huel); fifteen grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Terry Calhoun officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, one hour prior to the service.
