Obituary

Michael Don Reddin, 78 and a resident of Moreland, Georgia, went to be with the Lord on November 4, 2025.

He was born September 29, 1947, in Russellville, Arkansas to Thomas and Opal Reddin. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Naomi Reddin Brewer.

Mr. Reddin received a Bachelor of Art degree from Central Bible College and a Master's Degree from seminary in Cross-Cultural Communication.  He spent many years in pastoral ministry prior to a successful career as Manager of Sales for Nucor Steel Corporation.

Michael leaves behind his cherished wife of 56 years, Carol Kaiser Reddin, his two daughters Heather and Vanessa and his sons-in law Christopher Lee Patterson and Robb Hunt. He is also survived by his adored grandchildren: Michael Patterson, Mekenzie Patterson Palencia (Jeisson), Ian Hunt, Lauren Hunt and great-grandson, Marcelo Palencia. Michael is also survived by his twin sister Joy Neubauer, several nieces, nephews, cousins and many lifelong friends.

A cowboy at heart, Michael had a fondness for the West and his time living in Utah, Arizona and Oregon brought him much joy. He was an adventurer and until the end was planning his next grand trip.

Michael's fierce love for his family was second only to his love for his Savior, Jesus Christ. Michael will be deeply missed by all of those who loved him.

"Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope." 1 Thessalonians 4:13
