Michael Wayne Heffner, age 62, passed away peacefully the evening of September 25, 2021, in Newnan, Georgia.

He was the son of Charles W. (Bill) Heffner and M. Catherine Heffner. Mike was a graduate of Newnan High School, and enjoyed attending his high school reunions. He was easygoing, enjoyed talking to people, and loved sandwiches. Mike collected law enforcement and military books, business cards, and pens.

Survivors include brother Robert Heffner (Cathy), niece Melody Heffner (Myles Dixon), and numerous out-of-town and out-of-state cousins whom he loved.

Services will be private.
