Mr. Michael Kevin Cook, 47, of Newnan, died Friday, May 21, 2021, at his residence.

Born August 2, 1973, in Atlanta, he was a son of Charles Warren Cook and the late Virginia Paulette Gunn Cook.  Michael was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and worked as a Commercial HVAC Technician.  He enjoyed golf, hunting, fishing, and remote-control cars.  In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Larry Cook.

Survivors include his father, Charles W. Cook of Newnan, his children, Isaac Michael Cook, Owen Lee Cook, and Samuel Kevin Cook; and the mother of his children, Jennifer Cook of Newnan.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
