Ms. Melanie Ruth Varnadoe, 57, of Newnan, died Friday, December 6, 2024, at Emory Saint Joseph's Hospital.

Born August 2, 1967, in Newnan, she was a daughter of the late Jacob Donald Varnadoe and the late Hazel Marie Chapman McKeehan. Melanie loved spending time with her family and reading her Bible. She enjoyed listening to music, watching wrestling and Days of Our Lives. She also loved to bake and look at family pictures. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Melissa Barber.

Survivors include her daughter, Christine Ramirez (Oscar); a son, Patrick Williamson (Missy); brothers, Greg Varnadoe, Nathan Varnadoe, and Michael Varnadoe; and grandchildren, Angel Ramirez, Aimee Ramirez, Kailynn Williamson, Jacob Williamson, Ivy Williamson, Dixie Armstrong, Colton Armstrong, Levi Armstrong, and Ansley Armstrong.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2024, at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Terry Calhoun officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
