Maybelle Collins, 102, of Newnan, passed away peacefully on November 3, 2023 in Newnan. She was born in Saco, Missouri on May 25, 1921 to the late Jacob White and Essie White.

She was the youngest of four children. She married Bill Collins on September 18, 1939. They were married for 73 years until Bill passed away. She came to Georgia to live with her son Boyd and daughter-in-law Karen. She lived with them for 11 years. In her younger years, she enjoyed the ranch life, baking, sewing clothes, horseback riding, branding cattle, and eating wild game. Recently, she enjoyed her favorite TV shows; Jeopardy, Family Fued, and Wheel of Fortune. She liked anything that made her brain work, like word puzzles. She is survived by her sons Noel (Elaine) and Boyd (Karen); grandchildren, Pam, Doug, Brittni, and Brandon, 15 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-great grandchild. She was a loving mother, grandmother,  and precious friend to all who knew her. She will have her Interment in June with family and friends meeting at the gravesite at the Bridger Cemetery in Montana. Her and her husband's gravesite looks down at one of their previous homes they had built. The house is in full view from the gravesite.

A memorial visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Hillcrest Chapel.
