Mattie Lou Kee, 78, of Newnan, died on Monday, October 18, 2021, at her residence.

Born August 30, 1943, in Fayetteville, to the late Richard and Vera (Jiles) Landrum. She started her career and retired from Bonnell, where she worked as a stockroom clerk. She married her sweetheart Danny Kee and enjoyed riding along traveling in his big rig. She spent her retired life babysitting her grandkids, great-grandkids, and family friends' children, nothing made her more happy. She enjoyed her flowers and celebrating the holidays. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, countless siblings, and her dear husband, Danny Kee.

She is survived by her daughter, Marsha (Roger) Hebert; son, Robert Adams; grandson, Jevon (Kaley) Hebert; granddaughters, Rachel Sivell and Heather (Chris) Cleveland; and 8 great-grandkids.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021, at Hillcrest Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
