Mary Irene Shoemake, at 92 years old entered the gates of Heaven, on June 7, 2026.

She was born on December 25, 1933, in Coweta County, GA, to the late Olin and Rosa Belle Shoemake. In addition to her parents and siblings, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Shoemake; her sons, Perry Shoemake, Randy Shoemake, James Shoemake; and her grandson, Austin Shoemake.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Angela Sinclair; grandkids, Trent Shoemake, Kellyn Reynolds, Alayna Shoemake, Olivia Belmont, Madison Shoemake, Justin Sinclair, Aaron Sinclair, and Kristin Sinclair; and great grandkids, Keylee Grizzle, Titus Shoemake, Ezra Shoemake, Isaiah Sinclair, Hannah Sinclair, Rebecca Sinclair, Titus Sinclair, Sola Sinclair, Silas Sinclair and Lorelai Belmont.

A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026, in Forest Lawn Memorial Park 656 Roscoe Road, Newnan, GA 30263, with Pastor Trent Shoemake officiating, family and friends are invited to attend.
