Martin Bec “Marty” Pasternak, Jr., 46, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2026, at Eastside Medical in Snellville.

Born on September 2, 1980, in LaGrange, he was the son of Martin Bec Pasternak, Sr. and Sara Ann Sykes Pasternak. Marty was known for his love of people and life. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He enjoyed entertaining, joking and spending time with friends and family. He was absolutely the life of the party. He was an avid gamer, a music lover, and Tennessee Vols fan. To his family he was a protector and a caregiver to his mother. He had a personal relationship with Jesus and attended church with his mother.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his sister, Jinger Brown (Joseph) and numerous extended family and friends.
