Mrs. Lenora Brown, 83, of Newnan, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2020 at Wellstar Atlanta Medical Center.

Lenora was born October 17, 1936, in Hogansville, to the late Watson Reese and the late Sara Reese. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Chapel in Palmetto. She was a school bus driver for 25 years before retiring with the Coweta County School System. Lenora loved to travel, enjoyed life, and will be remembered by all that knew her as a "sweetheart". She was also preceded in death by her husband, John Littleton Brown and sister, Frances Brown.

Survivors include her daughter, Linda Holbrook (Wayne); son, Wayne Littleton Brown (Brenda); grandchildren, Jason Holbrook, Jeremy Holbrook (Chey), Landon Brown (Suzie), Travis Brown (Renee) and Kristie Brown (Curt Hayden); great-grandchildren, Jaxon Holbrook, Kai Holbrook, Mia Holbrook, Mathis Holbrook and Marina Brown; and significant other, Hubert Weakley.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. in Hillcrest Chapel with Rev. Terry Calhoun officiating. Interment will be private. Friends may pay their respects to Mrs. Brown from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at the funeral home. Due to concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic the family will not be present.
