Mr. Larry Allen Perkins, 72, of Union City, died Thursday, January 25, 2024, at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.

Born July 4, 1951, in Griffin, he was a son of the late Charles Arthur Perkins and the late Marcelle Brown Perkins. Larry loved playing pool and was an avid player all of his life. He worked for the city of Palmetto and also enjoyed playing bingo. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Debbie Perkins.

Survivors include his son, Keith Perkins (Renee); grandchildren, Bailey Perkins, and Kayleigh Perkins; brothers, Charles "Tony" Perkins, and Jerry Perkins; nieces, Wendy Perkins-Holcomb, and LaDonna Perkins; nephews, Michael Perkins, and Anthony Perkins; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Hillcrest Chapel with Dr. Jimmy Lester officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, one hour prior to the service.
