Mr. Larry Hinesley, 74, of Franklin, died Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at Pruitt Health – Franklin.

Born May 10, 1948, in Newnan, he was a son of the late L. J. Hinesley and the late Annie Mae Williamson Hinesley. Larry was of the Baptist Faith and worked for many years as a supervisor with US Can. He enjoyed classic cars, old movies, especially John Wayne, and spending time with family. He also loved his pets and had both dogs and cats over the years.

Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Kenny and Colleen Hinesley of Franklin; grandchildren, Cassie Parks (Seth), and Samantha Herman; and great-grandchildren, Maddison Parks, Hunter Parks, Mackenzie Parks, and Mellanie Parks.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022, at Hillcrest Chapel with Bill McKenzie officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, one hour prior to the service.
