Mr. Joseph Hale Andrews, 77, of Newnan, formerly of Fortson, Georgia, died Thursday, June 23, 2022, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born July 24, 1944, in Asheville, North Carolina, he was a son of the late Edward Hale Andrews and the late Katherine Dellinger Andrews. Mr. Andrews was a graduate of the University of Florida and earned his MBA at the University of Michigan. He served our country in the United States Air Force, piloting a C-130 during the Vietnam War. Joe loved woodworking and built the altar and lectern used at Wesley Woods. He worked as an Engineer, retiring from Char-Broil in Columbus.

Survivors include his wife of 54 ½ years, Lea Davis Andrews, and two siblings.

In accordance with Mr. Andrews wish, no services are planned.
