Mrs. Joanne Tolbert Brown, 81, of Newnan, widow of the late Howard Oliver Brown, died Friday, November 20, 2020 at her residence.

Born July 19, 1939, in Newnan, daughter of the late Oscar Wilson Tolbert and the late Sadie Lois Couch Tolbert.  She worked for William L. Bonnell Co. for 25 years as a pre-drill operator and was a member of East Newnan Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Keith; sons, Randall Howard Brown, Jeffrey Scott Brown (Carrie), and Timothy Brown (Beth); 11 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Monday, November 23, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at East Newnan Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Sunday, November 22, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
