Mr. Jerry Wayne Buchanan, 69, of Newnan, died on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Jerry was born on November 10, 1951 in Sargent, son of the late Hubert Buchanan and the late Mary Gann Buchanan. He was a member of Newnan City Church.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Susan Buchanan; son, Joshua Buchanan (Patty); daughter, Jill Enter (Brian); grandchildren, Allie Buchanan, Maddie Buchanan, Lexie Buchanan, Sadie Buchanan, Lilly Enter, Ethan Enter and Jackson Enter; sisters, Carolyn Baker, Jane Hunter (Ricky) and Beverly Buchanan-McLean.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Ellison officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Friends may visit the family on Friday, December 4, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
