Mrs. Janice Catherine Myers, 100, of Newnan, passed away, Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at her residence.

Born January 21, 1923, in Flora, IL, a daughter of the late Elsie Parish and the late Ray Parish. Mrs. Myers was of the Catholic faith. She was a wonderful homemaker, who took pride in raising her children. She had numerous hobbies which include sewing, crafts, playing cards and golfing. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Myers; daughters, Sue Myers Glidden (Ken) and Janice Kay Myers; son, George Myers; sister, Mildred "Mid" Powless; and brothers, William Parish, Eugene Parish and Robert Parish.

She is survived by her daughter, Millie Myers; sons, Larry Myers and Terry "Al" Myers (Donna); sister, Helen Crotan; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 19, 2023 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Flora, IL. Interment will follow in St. Stephen's Catholic Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at Frank and Bright Funeral Home in Flora, IL.
