James "Ricky" Williams, 61, passed away Tuesday, August 29th, 2023 in Atlanta, GA.

Ricky was born July 11, 1962 in Atlanta, GA to the late Ralph and Mary Williams of Sevierville, TN. He had two siblings, Ralph "Dwane" Williams Jr. (brother) and the late Brenda Joyce Williams (sister).

Ricky worked at Georgia Power Company for many years and then onto Quanta Services in the later years of his career.

Ricky was loved by many. He enjoyed spending his time outside on his property, watching Georgia Football (Go Dawgs!), 80's music, and being around his family and friends. He was an amazing husband, loving father, and caring friend.

Ricky leaves behind his wife, Nalie, their four children: Arthur-James "A.J." (Rene), Alicia-Nicole (Davion), Ashley-Michelle, and Alexis-Joyce, their four granddaughters: Stella-Rose, Mahealani, Lakin-Jaymes, and Evie-Rae, along with his brother, Dwane (Theresa), and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at Hillcrest Chapel. The family will receive friends Saturday at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m until the hour of service.
