Mr. James Clarence Lowe, 76, of Atlanta, died Thursday, June 20, 2024, in Sharpsburg.

Born June 18, 1948, in Atlanta, he was a son of the late Clarence Lowe and the late Martha Cooley Lowe. Mr. Lowe was a veteran of the United State Marine Corp. He enjoyed playing chess and was a very good singer and lover of classical music. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Shirley Roberts.

Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Belinda Lowe; daughters, Angela Forester, and Elke Aus (William); a son, Preston Lowe; grandchildren, Angela, Danny, Abigail, Amanda, Jordan, Treasure, and Chase; and a great-granddaughter, Octavia.

The family will hold a private service.
