Mr. James Floyd Hill, 54, of Franklin, died Sunday, February 12, 2023, at his residence.

Born July 30, 1968, he was a son of Wanda Faye Rose Hill and the late Neely Hill, Jr. Mr. Hill was of the Baptist Faith and worked as a diesel mechanic for many years. He enjoyed football, NASCAR, and working on cars.

Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Barbara S. Hill; son, Robert Hill (Darbi Wilson) of Hampton; daughters, Ashley Forsyth (Robert Pettus) of Franklin, and Nikki Newell (James), also of Franklin; brothers, Robbie Hill (Selena) of Newnan, and Joe Hill (Vikki), also of Newnan; sisters, Jennifer Reece (Kenny) of Hiram, and Tracey Dilworth (Chris) of Sharpsburg; grandchildren, Connor, Ethan, Oaklee, and Koda; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Hillcrest Chapel. Services will be private.
