Mr. George Thomas Reed, Jr., 83, of Franklin, died Saturday, October 9, 2021 at his residence.

Born August 29, 1938, in Houston, TX, he was a son of the late George Thomas Reed, Sr. and the late Mae Davis.

He is survived by his daughters, Teresa Hill (William) and Joyce Hill (Ted); sons, George Thomas Reed III (Dawn), Gary Reed and David Reed (Sherry); 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, in Hillcrest Chapel with Pastor Terry Calhoun officiating.  The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
