Mrs. Helen "Geneva" Harris, 91, of Newnan, died Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born June 4, 1929, in Moreland, daughter of the late Samuel Claude Yeager and the late Rosa Lee Boswell Yeager. She retired from William L. Bonnell Co. as a "key punch operator" and was a member of East Newnan Baptist Church.  She was also preceded in death by her 1st husband, Steve Alexander Smith, 2nd husband, Alvin Jack Harris, 3 brothers and 5 sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Gena Renee Cook; grandchildren, Ashley Michelle Godwin and Stephen David Brown; great grandchildren, Brandon Alexander Godwin, Hailey Alexis Godwin, Bryson Michael Godwin and Bentley Isaiah Godwin.

Friends may visit the family on Sunday, December 6, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Chapel. A graveside service will immediately follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Pastor Frank Powers officiating.
