Frances L. Lindsey, 85, of Griffin, died Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Spalding Regional Hospital.

Born January 25, 1936 in Newnan, daughter of the late Annie Presley and the late John McAfee. Frances attended Griffin First Assembly of God. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lindsey; son, Eddie Rogers; grandson, Rob Avery; great grandsons, Kaden and Konner Turner; sister, Mary Ann Costello; and brothers, Johnny and Tommy McAffee.

Survivors include her daughters, Sue Smith, Laverne Mays (Eric), Linda Edwards (Perry); daughter-in-law, Dora Rogers; grandchildren, Wes Rogers (Heather), Les Rogers (Elizabeth), Ash Rogers (Jill), Brad Mays (Amber), Alan Mays (Shea), Erica Turner (Daniel), Charlie Clemons (Tonya), Russell Clemons (Samantha), Amanda Frix (Josh), Star Tucker (Paul), Rachel Blackwell; and 24 great grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held at the graveside Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in Westwood Gardens with Pastor Mike Turner officiating. Friends may visit the family from 3:30 p.m. until the service hour at the graveside.
