Mr. Foy Eugene Waite, Sr., 83, passed away, Monday, May 1, 2023 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born December 2, 1939, in Collomburg, AL, to the late Lottie Virginia Worsham Waite and the late Joseph Arron Waite, Sr. Foy retired from Newnan Utilities, as a water plant operator, after 34 years of service. He was an experienced carpenter. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing softball and football, in his younger years. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Waite; 2 sisters and 8 brothers.

He is survived by his daughter, Kathy Ann Waite; sons, Foy E. Waite, Jr. (Sherry) and Henry James Waite (Donna); and grandson, Tommy Wade Bishop, Jr.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 8, 2023, at Hillcrest Chapel.
