Mrs. Florence Eugene Marie Danglar, 65, of Newnan, died Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Born July 13, 1956, in Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica, she was a daughter of the late Edward Shillingford, and the late Helen Benjamin.  Mrs. Danglar was a member of Kingdom Restoration Ministries.  She was a very personable lady who enjoyed living life and helping others.  Mrs. Danglar loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and enjoyed cooking and traveling.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Merle Williams and Edwina Fingol.

Survivors include her husband, Leroy L. Danglar; sons, Lambert Danglar of Newnan, Lester Danglar (Diandra) of Sylmar, CA, and Lyncoln Danglar of Grenada; daughter, Lynne Smith (Dwayne) of Newnan; brothers, Erwin Shillingford of Miami, Winston Shillingford of Newnan, Albert Shillingford (Cathy) of Long Island, NY, Newton Shillingford, John Shillingford, and Allan Shillingford, all of the Commonwealth of Dominica; sisters, Marilyn Alphonso of Long Island, NY, Ella Shillingford of Brooklyn, Lola Warrington of St. Thomas, USVI, and Julie Durand of the Commonwealth of Dominica; grandchildren, Ariela Danglar, Benjamin Smith, and Damien Danglar; brother-in-law, Neville Williams of the Commonwealth of Dominca;  and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 6, 2021, in Hillcrest Chapel with Reverend Gilbert Cuffy officiating.  Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.  The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 5, 2021, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
